We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us. We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build user profiles.
Email Address — When you subscribe to our weekly devotional newsletter or register for updates.
Name & Email (Prayer Requests) — When you submit a prayer request. Your name is optional; email is requested for pastoral follow-up only.
Community Reflections — When you post a reflection under the Daily Verse, your optional display name (or alias) and reflection text are shared on the fellowship board for spiritual encouragement. Fellowship interactions (such as likes) are recorded locally on your device.
Name, Email & Message (Contact Form) — When you use our Contact page to reach the ministry team.
Administrator Content — If you are an administrator using The Steward (admin portal), we store content you create (sermons, verses, events) in our secure cloud database.
3. How We Use Your Information
Newsletter email — To deliver weekly devotional messages you signed up for. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Prayer request email & name — Shared confidentially with our ministerial prayer team only. We will never publish your prayer request publicly without your explicit consent.
Community Reflections — Displayed on the Daily Verse page for shared Christian fellowship, meditation, and mutual spiritual edification.
Contact form submissions — Reviewed by our ministry team to respond to your inquiry. We retain these for a reasonable period to support our response.

4. Third-Party Services
Our website relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

YouTube (Google) & Social Embeds — Sermon videos and conversations on our site are hosted on YouTube. When interacting with video embeds or following our social links (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), those platforms may process your interactions according to their respective policies. Google Fonts — Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of the font delivery request.
5. Data Storage & Browser Storage
Our site uses your browser's localStorage (built-in browser storage) to remember content preferences — for example, seasonal display settings or the last daily verse you viewed. This data stays entirely on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Content administrators also use localStorage as a local cache for the CMS. All published content is securely synchronized to our Firebase cloud database.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or any third-party tracking pixels on our website.
Your browser may receive cookies related to YouTube video embeds (from Google) when you play a sermon video. These are controlled by YouTube/Google, not by us. You can manage or clear these cookies through your browser settings.

Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
Request deletion of your personal data from our records.
Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Ask us to stop using your prayer request for any further follow-up communications.
Our website is a general ministry resource not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
